Welcome to the world of astrology and horoscopes! Here you find an introduction to the basic principles and ingredients of astrology, also astrological pre­dictions based on the outer planets, famous horo­scopes and elaborate forecasts.
     Regarding both horoscopes and astrological predictions, there are several examples of mundane astrology, ie. astrological principles applied to insti­tutions, countries and the whole world. This way of using astrology was in the past much more com­mon than personal horoscopes. I have applied it to the horoscope of the USA, as well as that of Nas­daq, the IT stock market. It is also the perspective on my analysis of Pluto and Neptune in the Zodiac.
     The astrology basics present the astrological components as they are interpreted in the personal horoscope. The basics are the twelve Zodiac signs, the twelve planets (in the horoscope, the sun, moon, AC and MC are treated the same way as planets), the twelve Houses, and the five aspects (specific degrees between planets).
     Certainly, there are astrologers who use addi­tional celestial bodies and other points of planetary function, as well as additional aspects to those presented here. Regarding aspects, I stick to the ones used by Ptolemaios in his classic on astro­logy: Tetrabiblos. A majority of astrologers would agree that these aspects are the most influential ones. Regarding planets, I have the conservative standpoint of awaiting a wider astrological con­sensus before adding more celestial bodies or other points to the horoscope.
     Frankly, the traditional components in the horo­scope make it comlex enough.
