Starting with jo by left side, facing uke.
Starting in chudan kamae, sword drawn and held at middle guard, facing tori.

URA - chudan kamae.
Step forward with left foot, lift sword to jodan kamae, over the head.

Step forward with left foot, jo to chudan kamae, middle guard.
Step forward with right foot.
 
 
URA - uke nagashi.

Step forward to the right with the right foot, uke nagashi, parry on high level.
Men, cut to head level in the direction of tori's original position.

Half step back and lift sword to jodan kamae.

Immediately follow with jo, to press down on uke's wrist, left foot stepping forward to the left.
URA - kote.

Pull back the jo, turning the body to the sida, following with the right foot.
URA - pulling the jo.

Chudan giri, cut to middle level in the direction of tori's previous position.

Turn the jo over, yokomen uchi, hit to the side of uke's head.
URA - turning the jo.
URA - yokomen uchi.

URA - uke retreats.
Yield sword to migi no waki, right side guard.
Retreat three steps.

Pull jo back to chudan kamae, middle guard.
Step back to the starting position.
